I deeply value your privacy and aim to keep things simple. Here’s what you need to know:

## Cookies

- This website does not use tracking cookies.
- Cloudflare Turnstile (used on the contact form) may set cookies for spam protection purposes.

## Analytics

- I use [Plausible Analytics](https://plausible.io/) to understand how visitors use my site. Plausible is privacy-friendly and fully compliant with GDPR. It doesn’t use cookies or collect personal data.

## Use of Cloudflare Turnstile

I use Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form to protect it from spam and abuse. When you interact with a form protected by Turnstile, Cloudflare may collect and process the following data:

- **IP address** and other connection-related information.
- **Browser and device information**, such as operating system, user agent, and cookies.
- **Behavioral data**, such as mouse movements or interactions with the CAPTCHA widget.

This data is processed by Cloudflare to determine whether the interaction is from a human, or automated (e.g., from a bot). For more information about how Cloudflare processes this data, please refer to [Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy](https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/).

The information collected by Turnstile is sent directly to Cloudflare and is not stored on my server.

## Your data

- If you fill out the contact form, I only use your information to respond to your inquiry.

## Sharing your data

- I don’t share your data with anyone, ever, except perhaps with my team at [Emilia Capital](https://emilia.capital/) if your inquiry makes that necessary (for instance for fixing bugs, or for setting up meetings).

## Your rights

- You can request to see, update, or delete any personal data I have about you. Just [contact me here](/contact-me/).

That’s it! Simple, transparent, and privacy-focused. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
